CORE fitness Classes

Whether you are ready to get back into a post baby fitness routine, looking to challenge yourself to new classes or are turning to fitness as a way of being social, we have a class to suit you. We offer classes varying from rhythm based low impact workout for mums and babies, candlelit stretch classes for wellbeing , 80's & 90's dance fit where you will learn fast paced choreography to some iconic tunes of the past, zumba for dance based cardio or perhaps a classic boot camp or ballet class for all over tone & flexibilty.
