2.3 Should you the Parent feel for any reason that you wish to terminate classes with The Core Dance Company then we would very much appreciate if notification of this could be given half a term ahead.
2.4 In respect of invoices, these will be presented a week before the beginning of term and payment should be made within 2 weeks. If you cancel your place for the new term after the invoices are sent out, then 50% of the fees for the term will still need to be paid. We have limited places on our classes and with waiting lists in most sessions, at this late stage of cancellation we may be unable to fill the space.

We will send out invoices 10 days prior to the start date of the workshop for the remaining balance. If you cancel your place within this 10-day period full payment for the workshop is still required.
2.6 If you book onto a block of adult classes then full payment for the course is due, if you cancel once you have booked then full payment is still required. X
